Bespoke kitchens · Trim, County Meath

Bespoke kitchens.
Thoughtful design.
Made personal.

A kitchen should work for the people who use it. From our base in Readstown, Trim, Denis and Christy Ryan help homeowners in Meath plan kitchens around their room, their routine and the details they love.

Find your starting point

A style that feels
like you.

Start with the shape of the doors, then consider how colour, handles and proportions change the room. These ideas help you find a direction to discuss with us.

01 / Shaker

Simple, with character.

A framed door with a recessed centre panel gives Shaker kitchens their familiar outline. Slim frames and quiet colours can feel contemporary; timber texture and deeper tones bring warmth and character.

02 / Contemporary

Let the lines lead.

Flat-fronted cabinetry and restrained detailing create a calm, uncluttered feel. Consider the alignment of doors and drawers, and let a favourite colour or textured surface become the focus.

03 / Classic

Warmth in the detail.

Panelled doors, balanced proportions and considered hardware can bring a traditional feel. Choose a few details you love and give them space, so the cabinetry and the room’s character can be appreciated.

Begin with how you live

A better layout.
A better everyday.

Before colours and handles, consider how the kitchen needs to work. A bespoke approach starts with your priorities and the space you have.

01 / Layout

Room to move.

Think about the route from the fridge to the worktop, the space around an open dishwasher and the people passing through. A plan showing windows and doors helps us begin with the room itself.

02 / Storage

A place that makes sense.

Keep utensils near preparation areas and everyday crockery easy to reach. Consider cupboards, drawers and shelves around what you own, with occasional items and larger appliances given their own space.

03 / Islands

Give it a purpose.

An island can bring preparation, seating and storage together. Decide what matters most, then allow room for movement and opening doors. A peninsula may be a better starting point in a smaller kitchen.

Colours, finishes & handles

Considered.
Right down to
the handle.

Warm whites and soft neutrals make a gentle backdrop. Dark cabinetry brings contrast, while timber tones add warmth. Handles, door proportions and worktop textures bring those choices together.

Before we talk

A little preparation.
A clearer conversation.

You don’t need every answer before getting in touch. Gather what you have, and use this checklist to shape your first kitchen conversation.

  1. A rough room plan

Note the room’s dimensions, doors, windows and fixed features. Mark measurements as approximate; they are a starting point for a conversation, not a plan to order from.

  2. A few photographs

Take a view from each corner and a closer look at anything you want to change. Keep these ready to share when you speak with the team.

  3. Your everyday priorities

Think about who cooks, where people gather and what feels awkward now. Choose your three most important improvements.

  4. Ideas you like

Gather a small selection of kitchen images. Note the specific detail you like: a colour, handle, storage idea or overall feel.

  5. Appliances and practical details

List appliances you hope to keep or replace, along with model details if available. Flag anything you already know about plumbing, electrics or planned building work.

  6. Your location and plans

Have your town or county, a comfortable budget range and any hoped-for dates in mind. These help begin the discussion; availability and costs need to be confirmed with the team.
